A NEW CELLULAR SYSTEM - Collision is a serious problem during transmitting data by communication systems. Collision leads to decrease of the data throughput rate and sometimes even to complete data transfer failure. In this paper is provided a method for transmitting and receiving data, which gives the opportunity to solve the collision problem. The method enables carry out data transfer with low Bit Error Rate (BER) despite presence of collision. A cellular systems based on the proposed method can carry out seamless handover without loss and delaying of packets and disruption of the data transfer.
