The Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network services for the Kent and East Sussex region are delivered by a team that is based in the Electronics Department at Kent University.

The Electronics Department has a long history of successful enterprise activities through the Electronic Systems Design Centre (ESDC), which has assisted in the development of over 100 products since it was established with DTI funding in 1995. The department has a large team of experts working in a wide range of electronic and computing technologies, who are able to provide leading-edge advice and consultancy.
