The Electronics KTN has identified EMC as one of our key knowledge transfer themes.

EMC is an essential part of most modern products but is often seen as just about passing tests at a test house.

For EMC engineers we want to use the events programme to maintain skills, knowledge of the regulations and leading design techniques.

For Senior Managment we want to communicate the benefits of seeing EMC as a fundamental part of product development that leads to reduced development timescales & costs, reduced warranty costs, improved product lifetimes and company image.

We strongly believe that bringing members of this community together to network with each other will strengthen the community, and lead to innovation and growth. Our aim is to provide regular opportunities for members of this community to meet, learn about new technologies and tools and share ideas and best practices.

With these objectives in mind we will be running events that not only deal with EMC technologies but also position EMC as an essential part of product development.
