International Embedded B2B Partnering
Event Summary:
One day of one-on-one partnering meetings focusing on Embedded Systems and applications. Meet with the leading entrepreneurs and scientists from Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.
Event Description:
Over the past years, the clusters BICC-NET, DSP Valley, E-KTN and System@tic are increasingly partnering in order to support companies and research institutions in international collaboration. To bring together the members of these four clusters we are arranging this one day Business-to-Business matchmaking that will be hosted by BICC-NET in Munich-Bavaria and sponsored by UKTI.
This is an excellent opportunity for companies and research institutions, involved in the development of embedded systems and / or micro electronics, to meet with their counterparts from Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and UK.
The goal is to identify potential partners for joint business dealings or research collaboration. In order to support you identifying the right partners we are offering a professional matchmaking environment.
How?
A website provides the company profiles of all participants, outlining their principal capabilities, and areas of interest (how they wish to develop their business through collaborative engagement - whether that be selling into a new market, developing a new product or service, or identifying a collaborative research opportunity). Companies then identify which other companies they would like to meet. 30 minute brokerage meetings are then scheduling for matching companies, enabling each participant to pitch and outline their proposition and needs. If this meeting is successful, companies take forward any business proposition discussed under their normal business terms.

For technical decision makers from SMEs, R&D centers of multinational companies and researchh institutiones that are involved in the development of embedded systems and / or micro electronics.

Format:
The whole day of the B2B Forum is divided in several time slots, each taking about 30 minutes. This will allow you to introduce yourself, followed by a presentation of your meeting partner. Finally, that leaves you time to enter into a more detailed discussion on any detected co-operation opportunity.

First time participants using this tool will need to provide contact data and a brief participant profile describing offered technical services and available competences as well as expectations for the matchmaking. Once you did that you will be added to the participant list of this event, you can check that via the „View Participants“ button. Approximately one week before the meeting you will receive an e-mail informing you that the „Agenda tool“ is opened. At that moment we invite you to put in your specific meeting requests in the system. You will receive meeting invitations from other participants as well via e-mail and SMS. You will be able to see and manage very easily your personal agenda for this International Embedded B2B via this webtool. The participation at the matchmaking is free of any costs – with the exception of the common evening dinner and related individual travell costs.
